Our vision is that through the wise management of finances, we will see projects realise their maximum potential, resulting in people moving from existing to flourishing.
THE LONG TERM GOAL
To create businesses, establish places of employment and training, to bring income to local people, to raise the level of health, education and well being. To empower local people to achieve their own dreams.
We believe that if we must support a project for 10 years. During that time we ensure that all staff are fully trained to manage and run the project/business. After this time we can hand over the project/business to the local people and it will continue to operate successfully.
