This project’s aim is to develop an area of the Catanduanes Island, located off the east coast of the Philippines.

The project’s primary aim is to help to eradicate poverty, bring infrastructure to improve healthcare, provide housing for the needy and create wealth through employment for the local population.

This area is in a fisheries region with many nations operating who will benefit from developed full port facilities for sales of catches, refreshing and repairs of vessels plus recreational facilities.

The project will deliver low cost, environmentally friendly and typhoon proof housing for at least 3,000 families, comprising more than 15,000 people. The housing units will be arranged in a village environment to maintain current cultural identity, and provide retail, recreational, educational, medical and cultural facilities. Construction will involve innovative technology providing environmentally friendly energy and recycling to reduce the impact such a community will have on the environment.

The project will establish income producing businesses that will be arranged in an Export Processing Zone, which will allow the earning of hard currency primarily through an influx of fishing fleet vessels and export of produce. This zone will include manufacturing facilities, service industry and agricultural production of raw materials. Micro-financing will be made available to assist the agricultural producers and small businesses.
