These houses will be made available for Government workers and then for the people relocated because of the airport extensions and for all the new people moving into the area to work. These dwellings will be cyclone proof, earthquake proof, ecologically and environmentally friendly.
The homes are designed to be manufactured in bulk, delivered flat packed and erected swiftly within a few days.
They will be available in 2 & 3 bedroom designs.
Fitted with a solar hot water system and their own rain water tank.
They come fully wired and plumbing already in each panel.
A large outdoor covered living area.
A fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge and oven.
Bathroom with toilet, shower and hand basin.
Louvre windows with insect screens.

We aim to have a fast, reproducible process to be able to quickly build houses that are able to stand in the face of the full force that nature is able to throw at it.
These houses not only need to be cyclone proof, earthquake proof, ecologically and environmentally friendly but they also need to reflect and uphold the traditions and cultures of the local people.
Therefore, although out materials and processes will be the same, they should always architecturally reflect the local culture.
