The Peninsula development contains over 136 hectares of ocean & beach front land. The Peninsula will be one of the most prestigious and largest resort project undertaken in Vanuatu. It is proposed to develop an integrated resort utilising the provisions of the community titles Act. The development will consist of 8 precincts.
Precinct 1: the beach side precinct consisting of 57 ocean front allotments of an average of 5800m2.
Precinct 2: will be a commercial precinct at the entrance to the development which will comprise a small retail centre to service the needs of the residents and guests (1)
Precinct 3: A super yacht marina and resort development will consist of a marina that will afford deep water ocean access for the residents and resort vessels, also encouraging the international yachting fraternity to loiter in this beautiful area (7).
Precinct 4: will consist of a project for a boutique resort (No 3).
Precinct 5: the fisheries co-op, warehouse and slipway. The fisheries co-op is for the benefit of local and internation fishermen to bring their catches to a large market opportunity with buyers including hotels, restaurants and local residents being able to purchase the local fresh catch for their menus. The slip way for repairs to be undertaken to fishing vessels and yachts, giving opportunity for employment and training (8 & 9).
Precinct 6: a small allocation of super luxury private residence (6).
Precinct 7: Premier boutique ocean front private residences on the north west peninsular (12).
Precinct 8: a boutique resort of over 200 rooms and suites, to be one of the most beautiful in the South Pacific region. This resort has a proposal for a casino license. A cruise ship terminal will be established at the site of the old WW2 US Naval site, this allows any size ship to dock and make use of the excellent local facilities. Further increasing the tourist dollars brought to the area (10 & 11).
